It was a pleasure to meet the workers on the construction site at the end of the day to celebrate the end of the structural work over a convivial meal.
The project, developed and implemented by HRS, offers high quality owner-occupied and rental flats in the heart of the Gruyère region, divided into four buildings.
Three ambiances; Scandinavian, contemporary or retro-modern, created by an interior designer, are offered to buyers to satisfy all tastes.
Owners and tenants of the A-label flats will be able to move in from September 2023.
Les Patios offers a pleasant living environment, surrounded by green spaces and close to public transport.
