Further planning application for the SaurerWerk Zwei site

After an architectural competition, extensive remediation of contaminated sites and meticulous planning, HRS submitted a building application for a further development on the SaurerWerk Zwei site last Friday. Along the new alignment of the cantonal road (NLK), directly adjacent to the b_smart-hotel, another residential development called "Henry" is to be built on construction site B at a cost of around CHF 30 million. The project is the result of an architectural competition. The necessary visors have already been put in place, and the building permit has been in force since last Friday.
