Les Hauts de Dorigny: HRS seduces with "Podium" project

Six Minergie-P-ECO-certified buildings in a green setting will be built in 2027 to the east of Chavannes-près-Renens.
The project was developed in collaboration with the Bonnard Woeffray et Kunik de Morsier architectural firm. It was unanimously selected by the evaluation committee of the design-build tender.
These new buildings, with their emblematic architecture, will be erected on a 25,000 m2 plot of land and will accommodate some 590 rental units, including around 120 affordable rental units (LUP).
