Laying of the foundation stone on the Scholer site

On the Scholer site in Lausen, a replacement farm building and eight new buildings are being constructed. These include rental apartments and a retirement residence that will offer future residents independent living with social integration. Opening is scheduled for fall 2025.

HRS is the total contractor for the project. The building owners are Anfos Immobilien AG represented by UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG, Mobimo AG and the Scholer community of heirs.

The ceremonial laying of the foundation stone took place on Thursday. HRS is looking forward to the next steps.
