Laying of the foundation stone on the Koch site

Yesterday, Tuesday, the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone of the Koch Quarter took place: 360 apartments for 900 people, commercial space and a public park are being built.

On behalf of the Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Zürich (ABZ), HRS is realizing a project consisting of residential and commercial uses in a four-part building complex: an 85-meter-high high-rise with 28 stories, an eight-story row house and a single-story plinth building. A community pavilion is located on the roof garden above the base building. All upper floors will house around 200 apartments, the first floors will be used for commercial purposes, among others, and a medium-sized grocery store will move into the plinth building.
