Opening ceremony of the first stage in Brunnen North

On September 20, the topping-out ceremony of the "New Nova Brunnen" project in Brunnen was celebrated. The HRS branch in Kriens is realizing four modern residential buildings with a total of 101 high-quality rental apartments and an impressive clinker brick façade for the client CS Asset Management. The first tenants of houses B1 and B3 will be able to enjoy their new homes as early as August 2024, three months before the agreed handover date. The remaining houses B2 and B4 will be ready for move-in from September 2024.

Currently, everything is going according to plan with corresponding enthusiasm from the owner and the total contractor. Many thanks to all involved for the great performance and cooperation.
