Fabian Hotz, an entrepreneur from Zug, will become a member of the Board of Directors of HRS Holding AG, adding his experience in the areas of digital transformation and brand-oriented business development to the broad skills of the existing Board members. As early as the 1990s, he recognised the opportunities offered by digital technologies and transformed his father's successful printing business into a group for brand-oriented business development, positioning itself at the intersection of brand and corporate strategy as well as transformation and digitalisation. Since 2008, Fabian Hotz has been the sole owner of the Hotz Group, which has five locations on three continents and employs 150 people.
In return, Dr Arthur Wettstein, a member of the board of directors since 2011, is leaving the board. Roland Eberle, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the five Board members Martin and Rebecca Kull, Ernst Schär, Barend Fruithof and Andreas Rickenbacher will remain on the Board.
