The first residents of the new Smarthill neighbourhood were able to move into their brand new villa today. This innovative and connected project is located in the heights of Crissier and is the only one of its kind. The purchasers of the 77 contiguous villas were able to make their choice via an online configurator when purchasing their property, thanks to the wide choice of options made available by the project owner, Realitim II SCPC.
The last villa will be handed over in July 2022.
