Today HRS handed over Block B to its owner City Gate SA, represented by Urban Project SA.
This new activity building composed of 7 blocks is located in the Commune of Vernier, close to the Geneva airport, at the gateway to the Etang district coming from the North.
A mixed steel and concrete structure with 7 administrative floors equivalent to a surface area of 20,000 m2, the largest floors of which allow for a layout of 3,000 m2.
At its centre, a patio will be surrounded by shops and restaurants.
This block B was built on a site certified as a "2000w site" and according to the Geneva HPE energy performance standard.
