160 students from Bussigny from classes 6P to 11S participated today in four fun and educational workshops on the construction site of the new Côté Gare district. They happily made concrete, built a brick wall, observed the drilling of geothermal probes and visualized the finished buildings in 3D via the BIM model.
The day was prepared in collaboration with the project owners, the Turidomus Investment Foundation and Basler Insurances, and was organized in compliance with safety and anti COVID standards.
The event aroused great interest and will certainly be repeated before the handover of the building in 2024.
This former industrial wasteland will host 471 housing units, 2,900 sqm of offices and 2,120 sqm of shops/workshops in beautiful tree-lined and interconnected spaces.
