The municipalities of Reinach and Aesch in the canton of Basel-Landschaft have granted the real estate service provider HRS a building permit for the Aere housing estate on the former Stöcklin site. The demolition of the existing buildings has already begun, and excavation will start in April. Completion in stages is expected from summer 2024.

The site is owned by HRS Investment AG, the real estate investment foundation Turidomus and Senevita AG. HRS will build approximately 120 condominiums in two of the three residential towers; more information is available at maxtowers.ch. Turidomus will rent out around 140 apartments as well as service and commercial space. On a third part of the site, Senevita AG will operate a retirement and nursing home. The buildings for Turidomus and Senevita are also being developed, planned and realized by HRS.

Excellent transport links in a diverse environment
The site is located in the heart of the Basel economic region and has excellent transport links, whether by car or public transport. In addition, the historic center of Dornachbrugg is within walking distance. The diverse surroundings also include a nature reserve along the Birs River. The address will be "Am Bruggrain", as the two site municipalities recently decided.
