New investor at Zurich Innovation Park

Following the successful conclusion of the political process, the Zurich Innovation Park can report another important development step: The globally active Angst+Pfister group of companies is participating in the generation project as a weighty investor. The project is now firmly on course after the Zurich Cantonal Council approved the commitment credit.

HRS has been the main investor in the planning and construction stages of the project and is confident that further major investors can be brought on board over the next few years. "Our goal has always been to make the development of the Innovation Park economically viable within the framework of the very constructive public-private partnership with the Canton of Zurich," says Martin Kull. "The developments of the last two years prove us right that we are on track with this."
