Almost 100 percent products from Grison at S'nani in Peaks Place

In the regio.garantie-certified restaurant s'nani in Peaks Place in Laax, only what grows regionally is served - it was the first restaurant in Switzerland to receive the regio.garantie certificate.
The operating company explains in a new report that it is worth being there and what it means to go through the process of certification.

HRS was the investor and total contractor of Peaks Place in Laax - a new building that includes a flat hotel and spa in addition to the restaurant - and is pleased with the focus on the regional.
