On 6 October, real estate industry players, investors and builders met at the Millennium in Crissier for the 94th edition of Immotable Suisse romande.

Thierry Müller - Head of Real Estate Development for French-speaking Switzerland and Member of the Executive Board of HRS - took the opportunity to talk about the current challenges facing the industry and, above all, to proudly present the ambitious "Côté Gare" project in Bussigny, the result of an HRS development.

While he emphasised the innovative aspect of this project in terms of social cohesion and the mix of uses and housing, Thierry Müller also spoke at length about the sustainability measures that have been put in place - a true leitmotif of HRS.

Surrounded by two other speakers specialising in digital site management (Allthings, which is also managing "Côté Gare") and renewable energy (Energie 360°), HRS was able to demonstrate during this round table that its sustainable and connected district meets all the ecological, social and economic expectations of the current property market.

HRS, which operates as a total contractor, will hand over the buildings to the two owners in 2024.
