Concorde Espace Culture

Today, HRS and the Fondation pour le Développement des Arts et de la Culture (Fodac) officially signed the total contract for the construction of two buildings in Vernier. This major project includes the construction of a cultural center and student accommodation.
The cultural center will feature an auditorium with 492 seats on telescopic bleachers and 920 standing places. It will be linked by a footbridge to the 220 student accommodation units that will make up the second building.
In addition to these facilities, the complex will house a 46-room hotel, a co-working space, a brasserie and a takeaway food service. These elements will enhance the site's offering to make it a dynamic place to live.
